This policy explains what we collect when you visit newcastletek.com or create an account. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell data, and payment details never touch our systems.
If you create an account (used for paid products and broker-linked tools), we store your email address and a hash of your password in encrypted storage on Cloudflare. We set one functional session cookie (session, HttpOnly, expires after 24 hours) to keep you signed in. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support. Free tools like Monte Carlo Pro need no account.
Where checkout is offered, it is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only your email address and purchase details needed to deliver your order and provide support. We never see or store full card numbers.
The chat assistant on the homepage sends your message text to our API so it can generate a reply. We use no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies — only the session cookie described above.
You can request a copy or deletion of any data we hold about you (account email, order records) by emailing support@newcastletek.com. We respond within 30 days.
