We keep this simple: if a product isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of purchase.

How it works

• Email support@newcastletek.com within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include your receipt details (from your Stripe receipt email) and a one-line reason — that's all we need.
• We issue the refund through Stripe within 1 business day; refunds go to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

What's covered

All paid digital products sold on this site, including the Monthly Budget Planner. Paid products are delivered within 1 business day, but you still have the full 14 days to decide the product isn't what you needed. Free web tools (Monte Carlo Pro and the other browser tools) require no purchase and have nothing to refund.

Late requests

After 14 days we generally can't refund digital purchases, but contact us anyway if something is genuinely wrong — broken files, delivery problems, or a product that doesn't match its description. We'll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in license cancellation.
